2.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit, wager, or access any content on gbazee. By completing registration you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. gbazee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close accounts pending satisfactory verification.

2.2 Residency

The Platform is designed for use by players accessing the service from Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. gbazee makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and gbazee accepts no liability in such circumstances.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an account on the Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from gbazee or any other gambling platform.
• Employees, contractors, officers, or directors of gbazee, or their immediate family members.
• Individuals who have been notified that their account has been permanently closed by gbazee.
• Any person acting on behalf of, or in concert with, another person for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.

2.4 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the Platform you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your registration information promptly if it changes. Only one account per person, household, shared device, or shared IP address is permitted. gbazee reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds held in a duplicate account pending investigation.

3.1 Security of Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You agree not to share, transfer, or sell access to your account. All activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify gbazee immediately at [email protected]. gbazee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

gbazee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. We may request identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any time, and particularly before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing.

3.3 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. gbazee may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) account activity suggests fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour; (c) continued operation of the account poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to gbazee or third parties. Where an account is closed due to a breach by you, any remaining balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your gbazee account may be made using approved payment methods, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳100. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. gbazee reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements, satisfactory KYC verification, and review for compliance with these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. gbazee aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and volume of requests.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

gbazee is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. You agree that all funds deposited to the Platform originate from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. gbazee reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation. Deposits made for any purpose other than genuine participation in gambling activity are prohibited.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

gbazee offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports bets), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type — typically, slots contribute 100%, live table games contribute a lower percentage, and certain games may contribute 0%. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

gbazee actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to access the same promotion, placing low-risk opposing bets to farm wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, or using automated betting software. Where bonus abuse is identified, gbazee reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse derived winnings, and close the relevant account without prior notice.

5.4 Promotion Expiry

Promotions are valid for the period specified in their individual terms. Bonus credits that are not activated or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice. gbazee accepts no liability for expired bonuses.

6.1 Game Integrity

Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes in applicable games are independently certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability. 6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Colluding with other players, dealers, or Platform staff.

Breaches of this section will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of relevant bets and winnings, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, gbazee reserves the right to void any bets placed during the affected period and to refund stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings derived from a demonstrable malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. gbazee's decision regarding the existence and extent of any malfunction is final.

11.1 Amendments

gbazee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, gbazee will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed provision.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and gbazee with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
